It's funny, I read about him on wikipedia a few months ago, and was surprised to learn that he was still alive, at the time.
He's smokin' a fatty with Dick Ashton.
Ashton's dead? When did that happen?
I can't imagine him still living. Can you? He was pretty much walking hammered dogshit twenty-five years ago, plus he smoked that pipe of his like a dope fiend... or Prince Albert in the can fiend.
